END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“You”) and Bence Pachinger-Molnár (“Developer”) for the use of the video game Textures Not Found (“Game”).
By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, or distribute the Game (except where explicitly allowed)
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
Use the Game for commercial purposes without permission
Remove or alter any proprietary notices
Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
3. Ownership
The Game, including all content (graphics, audio, code, design, text, and assets), is owned by Bence Pachinger-Molnár and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
This Agreement does not transfer ownership—only usage rights.
4. User Content (if applicable)
If the Game allows user-generated content:
You retain ownership of your content
You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it within the Game
You must not upload illegal, offensive, or infringing content.
5. Updates and Changes
We may:
Provide updates, patches, or improvements
Modify or discontinue parts of the Game
These updates may be required to continue using the Game.
6. Online Features
If the Game includes online features:
You are responsible for your internet connection
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
We may suspend access for violations of this Agreement
7. Termination
This license is effective until terminated.
We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Game.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that:
The Game will be error-free
The Game will run uninterrupted
All bugs will be fixed
Use the Game at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, progress, or profits
Even if we were advised such damages might occur.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated terms.
