END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and LittleCrispyPickle Studio ("Licensor") for the game Your Own Cozy Motel ("Game").
1. License Grant
Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. Ownership
The Game, including all code, art, audio, trademarks, and other content, is owned by Licensor and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- copy, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game;
- modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Game, except where permitted by law;
- use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software;
- interfere with servers, networking, or other users’ gameplay.
4. Online Features and Conduct
If the Game includes online/multiplayer features, you agree to behave respectfully and lawfully. Licensor may suspend or terminate access for violations, cheating, harassment, abuse, or other harmful conduct.
5. Updates and Changes
Licensor may provide patches, updates, or changes at any time, and may modify or discontinue features (including online services) without liability.
6. No Warranty
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR USE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE GAME.
8. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Your use of the Game through Steam is also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement and applicable Steam policies.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Data and Privacy
The Game does not collect personal data unless explicitly stated. Any data collection is subject to applicable laws and platform policies (e.g., Steam).
