END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and [BUGSHELL ENTERTAINMENT] ("Licensor") regarding this software and related services ("Happy Country").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game ("Happy Country"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
The Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license.
The license is for personal and non-commercial use only.
This license is valid only for use through the Steam platform.
2. RESTRICTIONS
The User shall NOT:
Copy the Game (except for personal backup purposes).
Sell, rent, lease, or redistribute the Game to third parties.
Decompile, modify, or reverse engineer the source code.
Remove any copyright notices, watermarks, or trademarks.
Use the Game for any unlawful activities.
3. OWNERSHIP
The Game is licensed, not sold.
All intellectual property rights belong to the Licensor.
The Game is protected by copyright laws and international treaties.
4. UPDATES AND CHANGES
The Licensor may provide automatic updates through Steam.
Updates may modify features or system requirements.
This Agreement applies to all updates and patches.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Game is provided "As Is" without any warranties.
The Licensor does not guarantee error-free operation.
The Licensor is not liable for indirect damages or loss of data.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Game.
6. TERMINATION
This Agreement terminates automatically if you violate any terms.
You may terminate the Agreement by deleting the Game and all copies.
Upon termination, the Licensor has no obligation to provide refunds.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Finland].
Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of the Licensor’s registered location.
