END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and VelociLogic ("Developer") for the video game ALL GAS ("Game").
By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. License Grant
The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You do not own the Game or any of its content.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, distribute, or resell the Game
- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Game
- Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized modifications
- Attempt to manipulate or falsify leaderboard scores
- Use the Game for any unlawful purpose
3. Leaderboards & Online Features
The Game may include online features such as global leaderboards.
You agree not to:
- Submit fraudulent or manipulated scores
- Use automated tools or exploits to gain unfair advantage
The Developer reserves the right to:
- Remove scores
- Restrict or ban access to online features
4. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including all content, graphics, audio, and code, remain the property of VelociLogic.
5. No Warranty
The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. The Developer:
- Does not guarantee the Game will be error-free
- Does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted operation of the Game
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VelociLogic shall not be liable for:
- Any damages arising from use of the Game
- Loss of data, progress, or scores
- Hardware or software issues
7. Termination
This license may be terminated if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game.
8. Changes to Agreement
The Developer may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of changes.
By using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Agreement.
