1. Acceptance
By installing, launching, or using CrowForge ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Software and request a refund through your distribution platform (e.g., Steam).
2. License Grant
rembrosoft s.r.o. ("we", "us") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms.
You may **NOT**:
- Resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software (except where permitted by applicable law)
- Remove or modify any copyright notices, trademarks, or identification within the Software
- Distribute the Software's binaries or derivative works without our written permission
3. AI-Generated Content
CrowForge includes features that generate content using local AI models loaded on your device.
- You are solely responsible for all content you generate, store, or share using the Software.
- You agree **NOT** to use the Software to generate, store, or distribute content that:
- Depicts sexual content involving minors
- Depicts non-consensual sexual acts
- Incites violence, hatred, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or nationality
- Violates intellectual property rights of others
- Violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- You acknowledge that AI models may produce outputs that are inaccurate, biased, or unexpected, and you are responsible for reviewing and verifying any generated content before relying on or sharing it.
4. User Data
- The Software operates primarily locally on your device.
- Your projects, files, prompts, and generated content remain on your machine
- We do not collect, transmit, or access your workspace content
5. Updates and Changes
- We may release updates to the Software at our discretion.
- On Steam, updates are distributed through the Steam platform.
- Features may be added, modified, or removed over time, especially during the Early Access period.
- We may update this EULA; continued use after an updated EULA is presented constitutes acceptance.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided **"AS IS"** without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rembrosoft s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic. This does not affect your mandatory consumer rights under EU law.
