END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “User” or “you”) and the Developer of SaveYourWife (Canical Games) (“Developer”, “we”, or “us”) regarding your use of the video game SaveYourWife (the “Game”), including any updates, patches, downloadable content, and related services.
By installing, copying, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use the Game on devices you own or control, solely for your personal entertainment purposes.
2. Ownership
The Game (including all code, art, music, design, characters, story, and Unreal Engine components) is owned by the Developer and/or its licensors. The Game is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game.
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works (except for permitted mods if we allow them later).
Use the Game for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
Cheat, hack, exploit bugs, or use third-party software to gain unfair advantage (if multiplayer).
Upload or transmit any harmful code, viruses, or disruptive content.
4. Updates and Support
We may provide updates, but are not obligated to do so. Support is provided “as available”.
5. Termination
We may terminate this license at any time if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately uninstall and destroy all copies of the Game.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE GAME.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect no personal data outside of game stats and game achievements and publically available steam information
9. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this EULA. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the new terms.
