By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Hypatia (the “Game”), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“EULA”).

• 1. License Grant
  The Game is licensed, not sold. Subject to your compliance with this EULA, the developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
  
  
• 2. Ownership
  The Game, including but not limited to its software, scenario, dialogue, characters, artwork, CGs, music, sound, animation, UI, and all other related content, is owned by the developer and/or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  
  
• 3. Restrictions
  Except as expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not:
  - copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, license, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit the Game;
  - modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game;
  - remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
  - use the Game in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.
  
  
• 4. Third-Party Materials
  The Game may include third-party software, tools, middleware, fonts, audio, or other licensed materials. All such materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
  
  
• 5. Updates and Changes
  The developer may provide patches, updates, bug fixes, balance changes, or additional content for the Game at its discretion. Certain content or features of the Game may be changed, modified, or discontinued.
  
  
• 6. No Warranty
  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  
  
• 7. Limitation of Liability
  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Game.
  
  
• 8. Termination
  This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of it in your possession or control, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  
  
• 9. Governing Law
  This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
