END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and the developer of PARAGON ("Developer"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using this software, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PARAGON for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may install and use this software on your personal computer(s).
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
Modify or create derivative works based on the software
Sell, rent, lease, or lend the software
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
Use the software for any commercial purpose
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All title, ownership, and intellectual property rights in the software are owned exclusively by the Developer. The software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
6. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of applicable jurisdiction.
By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of its terms and conditions.
