By downloading, installing, or using Farm.exe (the “Game”), you agree to this EULA with No Tiny Plans (“we”, “us”, or “our”). If you do not agree, do not use the Game. Use through Steam is also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for private, non-commercial entertainment. The Game is licensed, not sold.

Except where permitted by law, you may not:

• copy, redistribute, resell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game;
  
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or seek its source code;
  
• modify the Game or create derivative works;
  
• extract or redistribute its code, artwork, audio, text, or other assets;
  
• remove copyright, trademark, or security notices;
  
• use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized software that interferes with the Game.

The Game and related intellectual property are owned by No Tiny Plans or its licensors. All ungranted rights are reserved.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any feature. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability, or compatibility with every device.

To the extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is”, without warranties. No Tiny Plans is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the Game.

Nothing in this EULA limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

This EULA terminates automatically if you materially violate its terms. You must then stop using and uninstall the Game.
