This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and One Goose Army ("Licensor") for the software product C.A.G.E., including any associated media, printed materials, and electronic documentation (collectively, the "Software").
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Licensor hereby grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right and license to install and use one (1) copy of the Software for personal, non-commercial use on a single computer or gaming unit. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by One Goose Army.
2. OWNERSHIP
The Software is licensed, not sold. One Goose Army retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all copyrights, trademarks, code, art assets, music, and other intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant the User any ownership interest in the Software.

4. HEALTH & SAFETY WARNING (PHOTOSENSITIVITY/EPILEPSY)
A very small percentage of individuals may experience epileptic seizures or blackouts when exposed to certain light patterns or flashing lights. Exposure to certain patterns or backgrounds on a screen, or while playing video games, may trigger epileptic seizures or blackouts in these individuals. If you, or anyone in your family, has an epileptic condition or has had seizures of any kind, consult your physician before playing. DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY and consult a physician if you experience dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitches, loss of awareness, disorientation, seizures, or any involuntary movement.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ONE GOOSE ARMY HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ONE GOOSE ARMY BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, HOWEVER CAUSED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
7. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Software resides in the competent courts located in Bratislava, Slovakia, and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in such courts.
8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and One Goose Army regarding the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.

- Modifications: Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software without express written permission from the Licensor.
