End-User License Agreement (EULA)
By installing and using this game ("Crank Clash"), you agree to the following terms:

1. Grant of License
The developer grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use of the Game. All rights to the Game remain with the developer.

2. Multiplayer (Local & LAN)
Multiplayer functionality is limited to local play or a local area network (LAN). The developer does not provide online servers or internet infrastructure. Players are solely responsible for network setup, security, and stability (e.g., at LAN parties).

3. Disclaimer of Liability
The Game is provided "as is" and as freeware. The developer makes no warranties regarding the error-free operation or functionality of the Game. Liability for damage to software or hardware, data loss, or other consequential damages arising from the use of the Game is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Modifications
This EULA may be updated as necessary. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
