You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the game, except where such restriction is prohibited by law. You may not use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools to modify or interfere with the intended operation of the game.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the game in any way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others. If the game includes online or community features in the future, the developer may suspend or terminate access for abusive, unlawful, or harmful conduct.
Mature Content
The game contains mature themes including crime, illegal trade, and references to drugs and weapons. Such content is fictional and intended only as part of the game experience. The game does not contain sexual content.
Broadcasting and Content Creation
You are granted permission to create and monetize video content (such as Let's Plays, reviews, or live streams) featuring the game on video and streaming platforms like YouTube or Twitch.
Updates and Changes
The developer may release patches, updates, balance changes, content changes, or technical improvements at any time. Some features may be modified, rebalanced, limited, or removed as development continues.
NO WARRANTY
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.
Termination
This license terminates automatically if you materially breach this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the game.
Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
