END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Radioactive Tick Games (“Developer”) for the video game “Maximum Security Boyfriend” (“Product”), distributed via Steam.
By installing, accessing, or using the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. LICENSE GRANT
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Product for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Developer.
2. OWNERSHIP
The Product is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights in the Product remain with the Developer. Steam acts solely as a distribution platform.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
- Copy, distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the Product outside of Steam systems
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product except where legally permitted
- Use the Product for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes
- Circumvent technical protection systems
4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT & STREAMING
You may create and share content based on the Product, including gameplay videos, livestreams, screenshots, and commentary.
This includes monetized content on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, or similar services, provided that:
- You do not claim ownership of the Product or its assets
- You do not imply official affiliation with the Developer
- You comply with Steam and platform rules
- You do not use the Product in illegal, hateful, or harmful contexts
The Developer may request removal of content that violates these terms.
5. FICTION, SATIRE & PARODY DISCLAIMER
The Product is a work of fiction and satire. It may include parody, exaggerated situations, and non-realistic depictions of sensitive subjects.
Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, events, institutions, organizations, or situations is purely coincidental or used strictly for fictional or satirical purposes.
The Product does not intend to represent real-world reality, endorse real-world behavior, or provide factual depictions of any person or entity.
6. CONTENT WARNING – ADULT THEMES & DARK HUMOR
The Product may contain mature, provocative, or potentially offensive content, including but not limited to violence, imprisonment, psychological tension, and dark humor.

- Some content may be considered offensive or disturbing by certain individuals
- Such content is not intended to promote real-world harm, discrimination, or illegal activity
- The User accesses the Product voluntarily and at their own discretion
The Developer does not recommend the Product for individuals sensitive to such content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the User agrees not to hold the Developer liable for subjective offense, emotional reactions, or personal interpretation of content.
8. DISCLAIMER OF SIMILARITY TO REALITY
This Product is entirely fictional.

12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from your use of the Product or violation of this Agreement.
13. TERMINATION
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms.
14. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS
The Developer may update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Product constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under European Union law.
16. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Developer regarding the Product.
By installing or using the Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
