GLINT TRANSLATOR END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) & PRIVACY POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Glint Translator ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Glint Translator software ("Software"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
2. PLATFORM NOTICE (STEAM)
This version of the Software is distributed exclusively through Steam. All purchases, payments, subscriptions, and refunds are processed and managed by the Steam platform. These transactions are subject to Steam’s Terms of Service, the Steam Subscriber Agreement, and all applicable Steam refund policies. We do not collect, process, or store any payment information.
3. LICENSE GRANT
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Software for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this Agreement. Your license is tied to your Steam account.
4. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software.
Use the Software for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Bypass, disable, or interfere with security features.
Distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the Software.
5. PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Glint Translator does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. All translation processes occur locally on your device. We do not sell, rent, or monetize user data in any form.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Software may include optional integrations with third-party technologies required for certain features to function. The Company does not transmit user data to third parties. Any interaction with third-party systems is limited to what is strictly necessary for the functionality of the Software.
7. GAMING & ANTI-CHEAT DISCLAIMER
The Software only captures screen pixels and processes visual text. It does not interact with application memory, inject code, modify executable files, or interfere with game processes. However, use of the Software in online or competitive environments is at your own risk. The Company is not responsible for any bans or penalties imposed by game publishers or anti-cheat systems.
8. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS
We may provide updates, improvements, or modifications to the Software at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
9. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Software at any time if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully accurate.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.
12. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. JURISDICTION
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts and execution offices of Istanbul, Türkiye.
