End User License Agreement (EULA)
Welcome to Shiguang Courtyard (hereinafter referred to as "the Game"). This Agreement is a legal contract between you and Yang Jing (hereinafter referred to as "the Developer") regarding your use of the Game.
1. License Grant
The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable personal license solely to install, run and use the Game on devices you legally own, for personal non-commercial use only.
2. Reservation of Rights
All intellectual property rights in the Game (including without limitation copyright, trademark rights, patent rights and other related rights) belong exclusively to the Developer. All rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement are reserved by the Developer.
3. Usage Restrictions
You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, crack, modify or conduct secondary development of the Game.You may not create or distribute any plug-ins, cheat programs for the Game.You shall not use the Game for any commercial activities (including but not limited to renting, selling, distributing, profit-making live streaming, etc.).Any violation will result in immediate termination of your license and the Developer reserves the right to pursue legal liabilities.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is". The Developer makes no express or implied warranties regarding the suitability, security or error-free performance of the Game.The Developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from your use of the Game.
5. Termination
If you breach any clause of this Agreement, the Developer has the right to terminate this license immediately. You must cease all use and delete all copies of the Game at once.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be settled by negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the people’s court with jurisdiction at the Developer’s location for litigation resolution.
7. Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Developer, superseding all prior oral or written agreements.The Developer reserves the right to revise this Agreement at any time. The revised version shall take effect upon publication on the Steam Store page.
By installing and using the Game, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
