By accessing, registering, or using Stellar Odyssey (“the Game”), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Age Restriction

• The Game is intended exclusively for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
  
• If you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from creating an account, accessing, or using the Game in any way.

Account Registration

• By registering for an account, you declare and guarantee that you are at least 18 years old.
  
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account if we suspect that the account holder is under 18.

Purchases and Payments

• Only users 18 years or older are allowed to make in-game purchases.
  
• If we determine that a user under 18 has made a purchase, we reserve the right to revoke access to the purchased content and take necessary actions, including account suspension.

Legal Compliance

• If you are accessing the Game from a region where age restrictions apply, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.
  
• We disclaim any liability for unauthorized access by individuals under 18.

One Account Per Person

• Each player is allowed to have only one account.
  
• You may not create or maintain multiple accounts for the same person.
  
• Any attempt to create more than one account for the same individual may result in account suspension or termination.

Account Sharing Prohibited

• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
  
• Sharing accounts can result in permanent suspension or banning of the involved accounts.

Multiple Players per Household

• If more than one person in your household wishes to play the Game, you must notify the Game’s staff.
  
• This is to ensure compliance with our policies and to avoid any confusion or violations related to account management.
  
• If you fail to inform us, it may result in penalties or account actions.
  
• Accounts that share the same household are forbidden to transfer in-game assets between them.

Every account must be played for its own progression. Creating, maintaining, or playing an account whose main purpose is to supply another account with in-game assets is prohibited, even when the two accounts belong to different people.

Playing on behalf of another player, or having someone else play or farm for your account, is also prohibited.

Helping other players from time to time is fine. What is not allowed is an account that works as a permanent supply line for another one, or an account that only exists to be emptied into a main account.

Staff may review transfer patterns between accounts. If we determine that an account is being used as a feeder, both the sending and the receiving account may be sanctioned, and the transferred assets may be removed.

Because in-game assets may only be traded within Stellar Odyssey, supplying an account in exchange for goods, currencies, or services outside the game breaks both rules at once.

No Botting

• The use of any automation software or bots that play the game on your behalf is strictly prohibited.
  
• All actions within the game must be carried out by the player manually.

Scripts and Extensions

• Scripts or browser extensions that automate actions or send requests to the server are not allowed.
  
• You may use scripts or extensions only for informational purposes or to improve the user interface (e.g., displaying a combat summary, tracking drops, or modifying UI elements like button positions).

No Bug Abusing

• Exploiting game bugs or glitches for personal advantage is not allowed.
  
• If you encounter any bugs or exploits, please report them immediately to the game staff through our official Discord channel.

In-Game Assets

• In-game currency, items, and other assets hold no real-world value and may only be traded or transferred between players within Stellar Odyssey.
  
• Transferring, exchanging, or disposing of in-game assets outside of Stellar Odyssey is not permitted and may result in account suspension or termination.

By registering and using this game, you acknowledge and agree that the game is provided as a service hosted by the operator. You do not purchase or own a copy of the game software or servers.

While we strive to provide continued access to the game, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the game (in whole or in part) at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to operational or financial challenges. In the event that the game is discontinued, we will provide players with a grace period of at least 30 days (or more, if specified) to access their accounts and make any necessary preparations.

If the game is permanently shut down, we may offer a refund for any remaining subscription time for monthly or yearly subscriptions, based on the unused time. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

You understand and accept that access to the game is not guaranteed to be available indefinitely, and in the event of service discontinuation, all access to accounts, virtual items, and in-game progress may be permanently disabled without further compensation.

Freedom of Expression

• As the game is intended for players 18 years of age or older, we allow a broader range of vocabulary, including profanity, as long as it is not used to offend, harass, or provoke other players.
  
• Players are encouraged to express themselves freely but must always ensure that their language respects the dignity of others.

Prohibited Content

• Links: The sharing of external links that lead to NSFW content, malicious websites, or any kind of spam is strictly prohibited.
  
• Hate Speech: Racism, hate speech, or any content that offends or targets minorities, including but not limited to racial, sexual, or gender discrimination, is forbidden.
  
• Harassment: Any form of harassment, whether through insults, threats, or any behavior meant to disrupt or offend other players, will not be tolerated.

Sanctions

• Violating the chat rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your chat privileges or account suspension depending on the severity of the offense.
  
• We take such violations seriously and encourage players to report any misconduct to help us maintain a positive environment.

• All skins, backgrounds, visual effects, and customizations available in the game’s premium store are designed exclusively for in-game use only.
  
• Skins are not downloadable files and cannot be used outside the game environment.
  
• Players are granted the right to visually apply these customizations to their ships, profiles, or other in-game elements, but do not own the graphic asset itself.
  
• The visual content may not be edited, redistributed, reused, or resold outside the game.
  
• Some content has been generated using AI tools and later manually edited to fit the game’s unique style and requirements.
  
• This policy ensures full compliance with licensing agreements, including those covering AI-generated and third-party design resources under active commercial licenses.

By using Stellar Odyssey, you agree to respect these guidelines and create an enjoyable environment for all players. Any violation of these rules may lead to consequences, from temporary chat restrictions to full account suspension.
