End User License Agreement (EULA)

This Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the Developer for the software "Guitar Practice Mate" and the accompanying mascot characters (including but not limited to "Sora").

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP
All copyrights, patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in and to the Software and all included characters, voices, images, code, and other assets (including mascot characters like "Sora") are owned by the Developer. You do not acquire any ownership rights other than what is expressly granted in this Agreement.

3. CHARACTER USAGE GUIDELINES
a. Permitted Uses: You are fully permitted to take screenshots, stream gameplay, and post content to social networking services (SNS) featuring the characters and interactions within the Software.
b. Prohibited Uses: You may not extract character assets, redistribute them as standalone files, or redistribute the Application’s characters in any form outside of the original Software ("Secondary Delivery").
c. Acknowledgment: When using the characters, you must not claim ownership or portray yourself as the creator of the mascot characters.

4. COMMERCIAL USAGE
a. Prohibited: Commercial use of the characters (e.g., selling merchandise, promotional activities, or utilizing character assets for paid services) is strictly prohibited.
b. Permitted: You are fully permitted to monetize videos (e.g., via YouTube ads or streaming platform revenue) and audio recordings created using this Software.

5. PROHIBITIONS
You shall not:
a. Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Software, in whole or in part.
b. Modify, patch, or "mod" the Software’s code, data, or assets.
c. Transfer, lend, redistribute, or sublicense the Software to any third party.
d. Use the Software for illegal purposes or to defame others.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. The Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Software.

7. TERMINATION
If you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement, the Developer may terminate this Agreement immediately and prohibit your further use of the Software.

8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
