END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and the developer of The Sketchbook Escape.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
The developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or resell the game or its assets.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code except where permitted by law.
- Use the game for unlawful purposes.
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the game, including all content, artwork, audio, characters, and trademarks, remain the property of the developer.
4. Disclaimer
The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the game.
5. Termination
This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with this Agreement.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
