# End User License Agreement (EULA)
## The Journal of Quest Delicious
This Agreement is a legal contract between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the developer (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer") regarding the use of the game *The Journal of Quest Delicious*. By installing, launching or using this game, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and agreed to all terms of this Agreement.
### 1. License Grant
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to install and run this game solely for non-commercial entertainment use. You are not allowed to use this game for any commercial profit-making activities without written permission from the Developer.
### 2. Intellectual Property Rights
All copyrights, graphics, scripts, texts, characters, music and other intellectual property rights contained in this game are fully owned by the Developer. Users shall not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, distribute, spread or sell any game resources and game files in any form.
### 3. Prohibited Behaviors
1. Do not tamper with game data, use plug-ins or cheats to modify game content.
2. Do not spread cracked versions, modified versions or pirated copies of this game on any platform.
3. Do not use game characters, plots and original materials for unauthorized commercial secondary creation.
4. Do not use this game to engage in illegal, vulgar and other bad behaviors.
### 4. Disclaimer of Liability
This game is provided on an "as is" basis. The Developer does not guarantee that the game will run without interruption or errors. The Developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by the user's improper use of the game.
### 5. Refund Rules
All refund matters shall be implemented in accordance with the official unified refund policy of Steam Platform. The Developer will not set additional restrictions on user refunds.
### 6. Agreement Update
The Developer reserves the right to revise the terms of this Agreement. Continued use of the game after the update means you accept the revised agreement.
### 7. Applicable Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of disputes, both parties shall settle them through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, litigation may be initiated in the local people's court.
### 8. Other Terms
If any clause of this Agreement is deemed invalid, it will not affect the legal effect of other remaining clauses.
