PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING *AGRICOLA – THE KING’S FARMER* ("GAME"). Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the developer ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:
* Install and use one copy of the Game via your Steam account for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Licensor.

### 2. OWNERSHIP
The Game, including but not limited to all content, features, code, graphics, artwork, music, characters, and trademarks, is owned by the Licensor or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the Game, only a limited license to use it.

### 3. RESTRICTIONS
You agree NOT to:
* Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Game except as permitted
* Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
* Create derivative works based on the Game
* Use the Game for commercial purposes without prior written consent
* Circumvent or disable any security or DRM features

### 4. STEAM PLATFORM
This Game is distributed via Steam and requires a valid Steam account. Your use of Steam is governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
The Licensor is not responsible for Steam services, outages, or account issues.

### 5. UPDATES AND PATCHES
The Licensor may provide updates or patches at its discretion. These updates may be required for continued use of the Game.

### 6. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated.
It will terminate automatically if you violate any terms. Upon termination:
* You must uninstall and cease all use of the Game
* All rights granted to you will immediately end

### 7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
* MERCHANTABILITY
* FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
* NON-INFRINGEMENT
The Licensor does not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.

### 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.
