Qu A`dra End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions
for the use of the game software “Qu A`dra” (the “Software”).
By installing or using the Software, the user (“User”) agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Grant of License
The developer grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software
for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

2. Prohibited Actions
The User shall not engage in the following actions:
- Modifying, analyzing, decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or otherwise
attempting to derive the source code of the Software
- Redistributing, reselling, leasing, or transferring the Software
- Using cheats, unauthorized tools, or modifying game data
- Using any content from the Software (images, audio, text, etc.) without permission
- Engaging in any activity that infringes the rights of the developer or third parties

3. Intellectual Property Rights
All copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the Software and its associated
data and materials belong to the developer. The User does not obtain any ownership rights
to the Software.

4. Disclaimer
The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use
the Software.

5. Changes and Termination of Service
The developer reserves the right to modify the content or specifications of the Software,
suspend updates, or terminate the service at any time.

6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

7. Amendments
The developer may amend this Agreement as necessary.
Any amended Agreement shall become effective upon publication.
