END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Oni Okami Studios, also known as Oni Okami ("Developer"), for the use of the game "Deadly Obsession".
LICENSE
The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use "Deadly Obsession" for personal, non-commercial purposes via Steam.
OWNERSHIP
All rights, title, and interest in the game, including all content, are owned by Oni Okami / Oni Okami Studios. All rights are reserved.
RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
Copy, distribute, or resell the game outside of what is permitted by Steam
Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the game
Use any part of the game for commercial purposes without permission
CONTENT USAGE
You may record and share gameplay (e.g., YouTube, streaming) for non-commercial or monetized content, provided it does not misrepresent the game or harm the Developer.
NO WARRANTY
The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Use at your own risk.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the game.
TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with its terms.
