KANOJO PANIC - END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement
between you ("User") and Kukuri Soft ("Developer") regarding the
use of the software product "Kanojo Panic" ("Game").

By installing, downloading, or using the Game, you acknowledge that
you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.

1. AGE REQUIREMENT AND ADULT CONTENT
1.1 You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age,
or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
1.2 The Game contains explicit sexual content, nudity, and adult
themes intended for mature audiences only.
1.3 All characters depicted in the Game are fictional adults.
1.4 You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing adult
content is legal in your jurisdiction.

2. LICENSE GRANT
2.1 Kukuri Soft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
revocable license to install and use the Game for personal,
non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
2.2 This license is tied to your Steam account and subject to the
Steam Subscriber Agreement.

3. RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Game or any of its assets
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
- Use the Game for commercial purposes
- Extract, redistribute, or republish any images, audio, video,
or other content from the Game
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including all
characters, artwork, audio, video, code, and other content,
are owned by Kukuri Soft. This Agreement does not transfer
any ownership rights to you.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kukuri Soft and Valve
Corporation shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the
use or inability to use the Game.

7. REFUNDS
Refunds are handled according to the Steam Refund Policy.
Please refer to Valve's official refund terms on Steam.

8. DATA AND PRIVACY
The Game may use Steam services including Achievements and
Cloud Save, which process data through Valve Corporation
according to Valve's privacy policy.

9. TERMINATION
This license terminates automatically if you violate any terms.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game.

10. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of
Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes
shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.

11. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
Kukuri Soft reserves the right to modify this Agreement.
Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance
of the revised Agreement.
