This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and MadDogProductions ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") for the use of the video game Turning Point (the "Game").
By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
Copy, modify, distribute, or publicly display the Game
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
Use the Game for commercial purposes without permission
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
Exploit the Game or any of its parts for unauthorized purposes
3. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights, remain the sole property of the Company.
4. User Content
If the Game allows you to create, upload, or share content:
You retain ownership of your content
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Game
You agree not to upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content
5. Updates and Changes
We may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game at any time. These updates may be required to continue using the Game.
6. Online Services
If the Game includes online features:
You are responsible for your account and activity
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this Agreement
Online services may be discontinued at any time
7. Third-Party Services
The Game may integrate or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
8. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms.
Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Game.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Game.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Serbia.
12. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the revised terms.
