End User License Agreement (EULA)
Welcome to Code Name: Qingfeng (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”).
This Agreement is a legal contract between you and Qingfeng Studio (hereinafter referred to as the “Developer”) regarding your use of the Game.
1. License Grant
The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install, run, and use the Game on devices you lawfully own or control, strictly for personal and non-commercial purposes.
2. Reservation of Rights
All intellectual property rights in and to the Game, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, are owned by the Developer.
All rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement are reserved by the Developer.
3. Restrictions on Use
You shall not, without prior written consent from the Developer:
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, crack, modify, or create derivative works of the Game;
Develop, distribute, or use any cheats, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software in connection with the Game;
Use the Game for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to rental, sale, distribution, or profit-generating live streaming.
Any violation of the above will result in immediate termination of your license, and the Developer reserves the right to pursue legal action.
4. Disclaimer
The Game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
The Developer makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Game’s performance, security, or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Game.
5. Termination
If you breach any provision of this Agreement, the Developer may immediately terminate your license.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies in your possession.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent People’s Court at the Developer’s location.
7. Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements.
The Developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any updates will become effective upon publication on the Steam store page.
By installing or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
