By installing or using Page Turn Editor, you agree to these terms.
1. License
Siphon Music and Games LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Page Turn Editor to create and distribute your own interactive stories and games. You retain full ownership of the content you create with it.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use this software. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create or import adult stories.
3. Beta Software
This is pre-release beta software. It may contain bugs, be unstable, or change significantly. It is provided as-is, with no warranties of any kind. Siphon Music and Games LLC is not liable for any data loss or damages arising from its use.
4. Your Content & Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the stories and content you create and distribute using this software. By distributing content to others, you confirm it complies with all applicable laws — including age-restriction laws for adult content. Siphon Music and Games LLC has no control over and accepts no liability for user-created content.
5. Restrictions
You may not: reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell the engine itself; use it to create content that is illegal in your jurisdiction; or distribute the engine to others outside of authorized channels.
6. Termination
Siphon Music and Games LLC may revoke your beta access at any time for any reason. These terms remain in effect for any version of the software you retain.
7. Updates to These Terms
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the software after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
