END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Sidoti Tecnologia ("Developer") for the game "Gorninja: Origins – Geraldo" ("Game").

1. LICENSE GRANT
The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. OWNERSHIP
The Game, including all content, graphics, code, characters, and intellectual property, is owned by Sidoti Tecnologia. This Agreement does not grant ownership rights.

3. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:

* Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Game
* Distribute, sell, or sublicense the Game
* Use the Game for commercial purposes without authorization

4. USER CONTENT
If the Game allows user-generated content, you are responsible for any content you create and share.

5. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The Game is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.

7. TERMINATION
This license may be terminated if you violate any terms of this Agreement.

8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Brazil.

9. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
The Developer may update this Agreement at any time.

By installing or using the Game, you agree to this Agreement.
