END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR DIRECTIVE 220

Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before installing or using Directive 220 ("Game"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. LICENSE GRANT
The developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Directive 220 for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. OWNERSHIP
Directive 220 is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including all intellectual property rights, remain the property of SethAngel / Michal Bernklau unless otherwise stated.

If the Game allows user-generated content, you retain ownership of your content, but grant the developer a non-exclusive right to use, display, and distribute such content solely in connection with operating and promoting the Game.
5. UPDATES AND PATCHES
The developer may provide updates, patches, or fixes at their discretion. Some updates may be required for continued use of the Game.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use or inability to use the Game.
8. TERMINATION
This license terminates automatically if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease use of the Game and delete all copies.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles.
