END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE. BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING [GAME TITLE] (THE "SOFTWARE"), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
1. License Grant
Team Haco ("Developer") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on devices you own or control.
2. Input Data Collection and Privacy
The Software monitors keyboard keystrokes and mouse inputs solely for the purpose of powering in-game mechanics and generating personal usage statistics (e.g., most-used keys, active application time). Specifically:
a) All input data is processed and stored locally on your device only. No input data is transmitted to Developer's servers or any third party.
b) The Software records which applications are in focus during gameplay and the frequency of key/mouse usage within those sessions, purely for display within the game's statistics interface.
c) The Developer does not collect, store, or have access to any of your input data.
d) You may stop data collection at any time by closing the Software.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
a) Copy, modify, or distribute the Software or any portion thereof;
b) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
c) Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Software;
d) Use the Software for any commercial purpose or for any public display;
e) Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
4. Intellectual Property
The Software and all copies thereof are proprietary to Developer and title thereto remains in Developer. All rights in the Software not specifically granted in this EULA are reserved to Developer.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF DEVELOPER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
7. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
