This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Ikemoto systems ("Developer") for the game Section 7 (the "Game").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.

Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and play the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

The Game is licensed, not sold. Developer retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, trade names, proprietary rights, patents, titles, computer codes, audiovisual effects, themes, characters, character names, stories, dialog, settings, artwork, sound effects, musical works, and moral rights whether registered or not.
4. User-Generated Content (Video & Streaming)
Developer highly encourages you to create videos, streams, and reviews of the Game (such as on YouTube, Twitch, etc.). You are permitted to monetize these videos through platform-supported ad revenue and subscriber programs.
5. Updates and Patches
Developer may deploy or provide patches, updates, and modifications to the Game that must be installed for you to continue to play the Game. Developer may update the Game remotely and automatically without notifying you.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.
8. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice from Developer if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination of the License, you shall cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game.
9. Changes to this Agreement
Developer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time.
By playing Section 7, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
