TASKPILOTSIGNAL END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and the Licensor of TaskPilotSignal ("Licensor"). By installing, launching, or using TaskPilotSignal, you agree to this Agreement.
1. License Grant
The Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use TaskPilotSignal for your own lawful use.
Except as permitted by applicable law or applicable third-party open-source licenses included with the software, you may not copy, redistribute, sublicense, sell, or reverse engineer TaskPilotSignal.
2. Third-Party Services
TaskPilotSignal may interact with third-party services selected or configured by you, including AI tools, Telegram, Notion, Google services, YouTube, and similar providers.
Some features may require third-party accounts, local CLI sign-in, tokens, credentials, or service permissions. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining those rights and for complying with the terms of the third-party services you use.
3. Local Storage and Data Flow
TaskPilotSignal stores settings, credentials, logs, and session data locally on your device. In release builds, runtime data is intended to be stored primarily under per-user application data paths rather than the app installation directory.
When you use integrated features, prompts, messages, files, or other content may be transmitted to the third-party services you configured so those services can respond or perform the requested work.
The Licensor does not operate a separate hosted backend service for routing this data.
4. User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- the content you send through the software;
- reviewing outputs produced by third-party AI or automation tools;
- keeping your device, accounts, and third-party credentials secure;
- ensuring your use of the software complies with applicable law and third-party terms.
5. Updates
TaskPilotSignal may be updated, patched, or modified over time. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice.
6. No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TaskPilotSignal is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
The Licensor does not guarantee that:
- the software will be error-free or uninterrupted;
- outputs generated through third-party services will be accurate, suitable, or safe;
- third-party integrations will remain available.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, business, profits, goodwill, or service availability arising from or related to TaskPilotSignal or its use with third-party services.
Without limiting the foregoing, the Licensor is not liable for any damage, loss, or security incident arising from:
(a) actions taken by AI agents, including but not limited to code generation, file modification, command execution, or deletion of data, whether or not such actions were authorized or expected by the user;
(b) unauthorized access to your device, accounts, or data resulting from misconfiguration of bot tokens, credentials, authentication settings, or access controls within the software;
(c) disclosure, interception, or misuse of API keys, bot tokens, OAuth credentials, or other secrets, whether caused by user misconfiguration, third-party service vulnerabilities, or network exposure;
(d) third-party service outages, security breaches, policy changes, or data handling practices of any external provider integrated with the software;
(e) use of the software in a manner inconsistent with its documentation, intended purpose, or applicable law.
You acknowledge that AI-powered automation tools may produce unexpected results and that you are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and supervising all actions performed through the software.
8. Termination
This Agreement terminates automatically if you fail to comply with it. Upon termination, you must stop using TaskPilotSignal.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and the Licensor regarding TaskPilotSignal, except where superseded by applicable law or applicable third-party license terms.
