END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR IZAKAYA DIARIES

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Space Muffins ("Developer") for the video game titled Izakaya Diaries ("Software").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.
1. GRANT OF LICENSESpace Muffins grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use one copy of the Software on your device solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based upon the Software.
Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
Use the Software for any commercial purpose or public display.
Distribute, lease, rent, or sublicense the Software to third parties.
3. DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY
The Software does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, analytics, or behavioral information from your device. Your privacy is fully respected, and no data harvesting mechanisms are included in the Software.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software (including but not limited to any images, sumi-e art, ukiyo-e aesthetics, music, and text incorporated into the Software) are owned by Space Muffins. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties.
5. NO USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)
This license does not grant rights to create, distribute, or host user-generated content or mods for the Software. Any unauthorized modification of game files is a violation of this Agreement.
6. NO MONETIZATION
The Software is provided as a complete experience. There are no in-game purchases, microtransactions, or hidden monetization schemes within the Software.
7. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Space Muffins if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Software is provided "AS IS," with all faults and without warranty of any kind. Space Muffins disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Space Muffins be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
