CRIM LUDUS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Hawk Vision Games LLC ("Company," "We," or "Us") regarding your use of the video game Crim Ludus (the "Game").
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to, and will not assist others to:
• Reverse Engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Game or its underlying code.
• Modify: Modify or create derivative works based on the Game.
• Distribute: Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute copies of the Game.
• Cheat: Create, use, or distribute cheats, mods, hacks, or bots that interact with the Game in an unauthorized manner.
• Bypass Security: Attempt to bypass any security, encryption, or digital rights management technology used in the Game.
3. OWNERSHIP
The Game is licensed, not sold. Hawk Vision Games LLC retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights therein.
4. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated.
• You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling and destroying all copies of the Game.
• We may terminate this Agreement immediately if you breach any of its terms.
• Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies.
5. EXPORT CONTROLS
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country.
6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Hawk Vision Games LLC regarding the Game and supersedes all prior agreements.
