By installing or using this software (the "Game"), you agree to this EULA.
본 소프트웨어(이하 "게임")를 설치하거나 사용하면 본 EULA에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
1. LICENSE GRANT / 라이선스 허여
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.
귀하는 본인이 소유하거나 통제하는 기기에서 게임을 개인적, 비상업적으로 설치 및 플레이할 수 있는 제한적, 비독점적, 양도 불가, 철회 가능한 라이선스를 부여받습니다.
2. MODDING AND USER-MADE CONTENT / 모딩 및 사용자 제작 콘텐츠
The Game currently supports certain local overrides, including custom portraits and localization files. You may create, install, use, and share non-commercial mods, add-ons, translations, and other user-made content for the Game, provided that:
현재 게임은 커스텀 초상화, 로컬라이제이션 파일 등 일부 로컬 오버라이드를 지원합니다. 귀하는 다음 조건을 충족하는 한 게임용 비상업적 모드, 애드온, 번역, 기타 사용자 제작 콘텐츠를 제작, 설치, 사용, 공유할 수 있습니다.
- you own a legitimate copy of the Game
- 귀하가 정당하게 취득한 게임 사본을 보유하고 있을 것
- your content does not include the full Game, paid DLC, installers, or substantial original assets except where technically necessary for the mod itself
- 귀하의 콘텐츠에 모드 자체 구현에 기술적으로 필요한 범위를 제외한 게임 전체, 유료 DLC, 설치 파일, 또는 실질적인 원본 에셋이 포함되지 않을 것
- your content is distributed free of charge and is not sold, rented, or otherwise monetized without prior written permission from Plotrick
- 귀하의 콘텐츠가 무료로 배포되며, Plotrick의 사전 서면 허가 없이 판매, 대여 또는 기타 방식으로 수익화되지 않을 것
- your content does not contain malware, unlawful material, or content that infringes third-party rights
- 귀하의 콘텐츠에 악성코드, 불법 자료, 또는 제3자의 권리를 침해하는 내용이 포함되지 않을 것
- your content does not falsely imply endorsement, sponsorship, or official partnership by Plotrick
- 귀하의 콘텐츠가 Plotrick의 승인, 후원, 공식 제휴를 허위로 암시하지 않을 것
3. RESTRICTIONS / 제한 사항
You may not:
귀하는 다음 행위를 할 수 없습니다.
- redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game itself, except where applicable law requires otherwise
- 관련 법령상 달리 요구되지 않는 한, 게임 자체를 재배포, 재판매, 재라이선스하거나 상업적으로 이용하는 행위
- bypass, remove, or interfere with ownership checks, platform protections, DRM, or access controls
- 소유권 확인, 플랫폼 보호, DRM, 접근 통제 장치를 우회, 제거, 방해하는 행위
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game except where such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law
- 관련 법령이 명시적으로 허용하는 경우를 제외하고 게임을 리버스 엔지니어링, 디컴파일, 디스어셈블하는 행위
- use the Game or related materials to distribute malware, cheats intended for online abuse, or harmful modified builds
- 게임 또는 관련 자료를 이용해 악성코드, 온라인 악용 목적의 치트, 유해한 수정 빌드를 배포하는 행위
- use Plotrick's names, logos, or trademarks in a way that suggests official status or causes confusion
- Plotrick의 명칭, 로고, 상표를 공식 제공물로 오인시키거나 혼동을 일으키는 방식으로 사용하는 행위
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY / 지적 재산권
The Game, excluding lawful user-made content created by players, is owned by Plotrick and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This EULA grants you only the limited license described above and does not transfer ownership.
플레이어가 적법하게 제작한 사용자 콘텐츠를 제외한 게임 자체는 Plotrick의 소유이며 관련 지식재산권법의 보호를 받습니다. 본 EULA는 위에 명시된 제한적 라이선스만 부여할 뿐, 소유권을 이전하지 않습니다.
5. TERMINATION / 종료
This license remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if you materially violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game and destroy or remove all copies in your possession, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
본 라이선스는 종료될 때까지 유효합니다. 귀하가 본 EULA를 중대하게 위반하면 자동으로 종료됩니다. 종료 시 관련 법령상 달리 정해진 경우를 제외하고, 귀하는 게임 사용을 중단하고 보유 중인 모든 사본을 폐기하거나 제거해야 합니다.
6. DISCLAIMER / 면책 조항
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
게임은 법이 허용하는 최대 한도 내에서 어떠한 종류의 보증 없이 "있는 그대로", "제공 가능한 상태로" 제공됩니다.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY / 책임 제한
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLOTRICK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE GAME.
법이 허용하는 최대 한도 내에서, Plotrick은 게임으로부터 발생하거나 게임과 관련된 간접적, 부수적, 특수적, 결과적 또는 징벌적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
8. GOVERNING LAW / 준거법
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.
본 EULA는 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 국제사법 규정은 적용하지 않습니다.
