END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR Veil Phane - Path to Redemption
1. License Grant
cc-gamedev grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to install and use Veil Phane - Path to Redemption strictly for personal and non-commercial use via the Steam platform.
2. Intellectual Property
Veil Phane - Path to Redemption is protected by copyright laws. All rights not expressly granted belong to cc-gamedev. The game includes Unreal® Engine technology, owned by Epic Games, Inc.
3. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
The user expressly acknowledges and agrees to the following:
- Disclaimer of Warranties: Veil Phane - Path to Redemption and the included Unreal® Engine technology are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- Limitation of Liability for Epic Games: Epic Games, Inc. and its affiliates shall have no liability to the user for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the software or the Unreal® Engine. The user waives any right to seek damages from Epic Games related to malfunctions or issues caused by the product.
4. Restrictions
The user may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
- Distribute or rent copies of the software.
- Use the software for illegal purposes or in violation of the Steam Terms of Service.
5. Termination
This agreement is effective until terminated. The license will terminate immediately if the user fails to comply with the terms set forth herein.
