By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Game.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian to use the Game, in accordance with the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
Any use of the Game by companies or for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
The provider retains full rights, title, and interest in and to all original assets created for this Game (including but not limited to code, graphics, and storyline). Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of the Game’s assets for use in other projects or commercial products is strictly prohibited.
Notwithstanding the above, the provider explicitly encourages users to create, upload, and monetize gameplay videos, screenshots, and streams on platforms like YouTube, Twitch, or similar services (“User Content”). You are permitted to use the Game’s audiovisual elements for this purpose, provided that:
1. The User Content is related to the Game.
2. You do not sell the Game’s assets as standalone files or claim ownership of the Game’s intellectual property.
3. You do not use the assets in a way that is defamatory or illegal.
The provider reserves the right to modify, update, or suspend the Game (in whole or in part), including any features, assets, or functionality, at any time and without prior notice. This includes the right to add, modify, or remove digital content or game progress elements.
No compensation or liability shall arise from such changes, unless required by mandatory law. All game assets and progress are provided “as is”, have no real-world value, and are intended solely for entertainment purposes.
The provider does not guarantee the persistence of save games or specific game progress across updates or versions of the Game.
The provider is not liable for disruptions caused by changes in operating systems, Steam platform requirements, or other third-party services.
1. Share or upload unlawful, offensive, or harmful content through the Game or its associated community platforms.
2. Misuse the Game in any way, including but not limited to exploiting bugs, using bots, or employing third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
3. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Game, except to the extent that such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
4. Use the Game or its assets for any commercial purpose without prior written consent, except for the creation and monetization of gameplay content as expressly permitted in Section 4.
The provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game or specific features in case of a violation of these Terms.
In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages and only if a fundamental contractual obligation was breached (cardinal duty).
The provider is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, lost savings, data loss, or other purely financial losses, unless caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
The Provider is liable for defects in accordance with the statutory provisions for digital products under German law. Any further liability for damages is excluded, except as provided in this Section 6.
However, the user acknowledges that the Game may be subject to updates and changes over time, and that uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
The statutory warranty rights shall apply, unless explicitly limited by these Terms.
By using the Game, you also agree to comply with the respective terms and conditions of the Steam Store.
Steam and Valve are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce its terms to the extent required by their respective policies.
The Game utilizes certain third-party assets (such as music, fonts, and sound effects) under their respective licenses. Detailed credits, attributions, and license information can be found in the Game’s “Credits” menu. All rights to these third-party assets remain with their respective creators. All Loose does not claim ownership of these materials.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in, or a resident of, any country subject to a government embargo or sanctions, and that you are not listed on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
The Game may not be downloaded or used in any jurisdiction where such use would be prohibited by applicable export laws or sanctions.
The provider is not obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid, the remaining parts will continue in full force.
Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction shall be the provider’s registered office.

The provider is obligated to supply the Game in conformity with the contract. The statutory warranty rights shall apply, unless explicitly limited by these Terms.

We may amend these Terms of Service if necessary due to changes in applicable law, platform requirements, or game updates. Changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance within the Game or via the Steam store’s update notes. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you may be required to cease using the Game.10. Third Party Terms
This Agreement is between you and the provider, not with Steam or Valve. Neither Steam nor Valve is responsible for the Game or its content. All support requests and legal claims must be directed to the provider, not to Steam or Valve. By using the Game, you also agree to comply with the respective terms and conditions of the Steam Store.
Steam and Valve are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce its terms to the extent required by their respective policies.
11. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Assets
The provider is not responsible for the content, availability, or accuracy of third-party services, or links accessed via the Game. 12. Export Control and Sanctions
You agree to comply with all applicable export and sanctions laws and regulations, including those of the United States, the European Union, and other relevant jurisdictions.You represent and warrant that you are not located in, or a resident of, any country subject to a government embargo or sanctions, and that you are not listed on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
The Game may not be downloaded or used in any jurisdiction where such use would be prohibited by applicable export laws or sanctions.
13. Online Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.The provider is not obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
14. Final Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid, the remaining parts will continue in full force.
Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction shall be the provider’s registered office.
