End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and QX01 Games (“Developer”) for the use of this game (“Game”).
By installing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
The Game is licensed, not sold. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the Game, except as permitted by law.
All rights, title, and intellectual property, including copyright, in the Game remain the property of the Developer. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the Developer.
The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.
This Agreement may be updated at any time.
