DYNAMIC OVERLAY — TERMS OF SERVICE & PRIVACY POLICY
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Dynamic Overlay you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Plugin System
Plugins are third-party software not developed or verified by Dynamic Overlay. Each plugin runs inside the application process and is subject to a security scan before loading. You are responsible for reviewing plugin permissions before granting access. Dynamic Overlay is not liable for any damage caused by third-party plugins.
3. Steam Workshop
Workshop content is provided by the community and governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Steam Workshop Terms of Service. Dynamic Overlay is not responsible for Workshop content.
4. Privacy
Dynamic Overlay stores settings locally in the Windows Registry under HKCU\Software\DynamicOverlay. No personal data is collected or transmitted by the application itself. Plugin activity is logged locally for diagnostic purposes only. Third-party plugins may collect data independently subject to their own policies.
