1. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, you are granted personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use the Game on a device you own or control, solely for your non-commercial, entertainment purposes.
2. OWNERSHIP
The Game is licensed, not sold. The Publisher retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights, graphics, music, code, and storyline.
3. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS
You agree that you will not:
Copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute the Game.
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the experience.
Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices.
4. USER GENERATED CONTENT
If the Game allows you to create and submit content, you retain ownership of your original creations. However, you grant the Publisher a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with the Game.
5. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice from the Publisher if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies.
6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE PUBLISHER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PUBLISHER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This game includes the Unreal® Engine code and other code, materials, and information (the “Epic Materials”) from Epic Games, Inc. (“Epic”).
All Epic Materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, “with all faults” and without warranty of any kind.
