End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Fantasy Maker Studios, LLC (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of Carnal After Dark™, including any updates, downloadable content, patches, demos, software, related services, and documentation collectively referred to as the “Game.”

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install, access, or use the Game.


Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes through authorized distribution platforms, including Steam.

You do not own the Game. The Game is licensed, not sold.


You agree that you will not:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game except as expressly permitted by us;
  
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from the Game, except where permitted by applicable law;
  
• bypass, disable, or interfere with any security, authentication, access-control, or anti-tamper systems;
  
• use cheats, bots, automation, exploits, unauthorized third-party software, or other methods that alter the intended operation of the Game;
  
• use the Game in a way that violates applicable law, platform rules, or the rights of others;
  
• upload, share, or distribute content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, non-consensual, infringing, or otherwise harmful;
  
• access builds, content, characters, or features that you are not authorized to access.
  
  
  3. Adult Content and Age Requirement
  
  The Game may contain mature or adult-oriented content intended only for users who are legally permitted to access such content in their jurisdiction.
  
  By accessing or using the Game, you represent that:
  
  
• you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
  
• you are legally allowed to view and interact with mature or adult content;
  
• you will not allow minors to access the Game.
  
  If you are not legally permitted to access adult content, you may not use the Game.
  
  
  4. Steam and Third-Party Platforms
  
  The Game may be distributed through Steam or other third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, rules, and policies.
  
  Some features may require Steam, Steamworks, internet access, platform authentication, or other third-party services. We are not responsible for interruptions, changes, limitations, or outages caused by third-party platforms or services.
  
  
  5. Updates and Changes
  
  We may update, patch, modify, balance, add to, remove from, or discontinue parts of the Game at any time. Updates may be required to continue using certain features.
  
  We are not obligated to provide specific updates, features, content, or ongoing support unless expressly stated by us in writing.
  
  
  6. Demo, Early Access, Alpha, and Supporter Builds
  
  Some versions of the Game may be demos, early access builds, alpha builds, beta builds, supporter builds, or other pre-release versions. These builds may be incomplete, unstable, contain bugs, change significantly, or be discontinued.
  
  Access to supporter-only or restricted builds may require an active qualifying subscription, authorization, or account status. You may not share, redistribute, sell, upload, or otherwise provide restricted builds to others.
  
  
  7. User Content and Feedback
  
  If the Game allows you to create, upload, submit, or share content, you are responsible for that content. You represent that you have the necessary rights to any content you submit.
  
  By submitting feedback, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or similar information to us, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.
  
  
  8. Intellectual Property
  
  The Game, including its code, characters, artwork, animations, audio, music, designs, names, logos, text, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  
  All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us.
  
  
  9. Unreal Engine Licensed Technology Disclaimer
  
  The Game was developed using Unreal® Engine. Unreal® is a trademark or registered trademark of Epic Games, Inc. in the United States of America and elsewhere.
  
  The Game may include portions of Unreal Engine and related technology, including engine code and other materials licensed from Epic Games, Inc. under the Unreal Engine End User License Agreement, collectively referred to here as the “Licensed Technology.”
  
  To the fullest extent permitted by law, all representations, warranties, conditions, and liabilities related to the Licensed Technology are expressly disclaimed. Epic Games, Inc., its affiliates, and their respective licensors are not parties to this Agreement and make no representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind regarding the Game or the Licensed Technology, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
  
  To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epic Games, Inc., its affiliates, and their respective licensors shall have no liability arising from or related to the Game or the Licensed Technology, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.
  
  
  10. Streaming, Videos, and Promotional Use
  
  Unless we state otherwise, you may create and monetize videos, livestreams, screenshots, reviews, commentary, and similar content featuring the Game, provided that your use is lawful, does not misrepresent the Game, and complies with the rules of the platform where you post it.
  
  We may revoke this permission for abusive, unlawful, misleading, or harmful uses.
  
  
  11. Privacy and Data
  
  We do not intentionally collect personal information from you through the Game, except as may be necessary for basic operation of the Game, platform functionality, crash diagnostics, save data, authentication, or features provided through Steam or another authorized platform.
  
  If the Game uses Steam features such as Steam Cloud, achievements, leaderboards, authentication, or platform services, certain data may be processed by Valve according to Steam’s own terms and privacy policies.
  
  If we later add features that collect or process additional personal information, such as external account authentication, analytics, newsletters, supporter access validation, multiplayer services, or third-party telemetry, we may publish or update a separate Privacy Policy.
  
  
  12. Online Features and Availability
  
  Some features may require internet access, third-party services, or authentication. We do not guarantee that online features, servers, authentication systems, or downloadable content will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  
  We may suspend or terminate access to online features if necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, business reasons, or violation of this Agreement.
  
  
  13. Termination
  
  This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.
  
  You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling and deleting all copies of the Game.
  
  We may terminate or suspend your license if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game and delete any copies in your possession or control.
  
  Sections concerning ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, termination, and governing law will survive termination.
  
  
  14. Disclaimer of Warranties
  
  The Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  
  To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, accuracy, and error-free performance.
  
  Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.
  
  
  15. Limitation of Liability
  
  To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, hardware issues, or inability to access the Game.
  
  To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to the Game or this Agreement will not exceed the amount you paid for the Game in the twelve months before the claim arose.
  
  Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
  
  
  16. Indemnification
  
  You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Game, violation of this Agreement, violation of law, or violation of another party’s rights.
  
  
  17. Governing Law
  
  This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
  
  Any legal action or proceeding arising from this Agreement will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, United States, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
  
  
  18. Changes to This Agreement
  
  We may update this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through Steam, our website, the Game, or another reasonable method.
  
  Your continued use of the Game after changes become effective means you accept the updated Agreement.
