This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "You") and Sisosinc Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "We", "Us" or "Our") regarding your download, installation, and use of the game products provided by Us (hereinafter referred to as "the Game", including but not limited to game client, update patches, downloadable content (DLC), in-game virtual items and related services) through the Steam platform operated by Valve Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Valve").
Please carefully read and fully understand all the terms of this Agreement (including but not limited to terms that restrict your rights, exempt or limit Our liability) before downloading, installing, logging in or using the Game. Once you perform any of the above operations, it shall be deemed that you have fully read, fully understood and voluntarily accepted all the provisions of this Agreement, including any subsequent modifications and supplements to this Agreement by Us. If you do not agree to any term of this Agreement, please immediately stop downloading, installing, logging in and using the Game, and delete all downloaded game-related files.
1. Grant and Scope of License
1.1 Nature of License: On the premise that you strictly comply with this Agreement, the Steam Platform User Agreement and the Steam Community Guidelines, We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable limited license to download, install and use the Game on compliant devices supported by the Steam Platform (meeting the minimum operating configuration requirements of the Game) solely for personal non-commercial entertainment purposes.
1.2 Restrictions on License: This license only grants you the right to use the Game, and does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights of the Game. You shall not transfer, rent, lend, sell, distribute or sublicense this license to any third party, nor shall you share the Game with any third party in any form (including but not limited to sharing Steam account, sharing game installation files, etc.).
1.3 Regional Restrictions: The licensed use scope of the Game is limited to Globally. If the use of the Game is not permitted in your region (including but not limited to legal prohibition, regional authorization restrictions), you shall not download, install or use the Game, and We have the right to terminate your license without any liability for compensation.
1.4 Device Restrictions: You may only use the Game on the devices bound to your own Steam account, and the number of devices using the Game at the same time shall not exceed 1. If the limit is exceeded, We have the right to suspend or terminate your right to use the Game.
2. Provisions Relating to User Account
2.1 Account Requirements: You must have a legally registered Steam account and ensure that the account complies with the requirements of the Steam Platform User Agreement. Your Steam account is the only credential for you to use the Game. You shall properly keep your account information (including user name, password, bound email, etc.) and be fully responsible for all operations under the account (including but not limited to downloading the Game, purchasing DLC, in-game operations, illegal acts, etc.).
2.2 Age Restrictions: You must reach the minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction to consent to the collection of personal data and use the Game before you can download, install and use the Game. If you have reached the minimum age but are not yet an adult, your parent or guardian must read this Agreement and accept all terms on your behalf, and your parent or guardian shall be fully responsible for your use of the Game. We do not provide the Game services to minors under 13 years of age, nor do We intentionally collect personal information of minors in this age group.
2.3 Account Security: You agree not to disclose your Steam account information to any third party. If you find that your account has been stolen, illegally used or has potential security risks, you shall immediately notify Valve and Us and take corresponding security measures. All losses arising from the disclosure or theft of your account due to your own reasons shall be borne by you, and We shall not be liable for any such losses.
3. User Code of Conduct
3.1 Legal Use: You promise to strictly comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and your region, the Steam Platform User Agreement, the Steam Community Guidelines and the provisions of this Agreement when using the Game. You shall not use the Game to engage in any illegal, irregular, unethical or acts that damage the legitimate rights and interests of others, including but not limited to:
• Violating national laws and regulations, disseminating illegal information, endangering national security, undermining national unity, advocating terrorism, extremism, pornography, vulgarity, violence, bloodiness and other contents;
• Producing, disseminating, using any cheating software, plug-ins, modifiers, cracking tools, etc., to interfere with the normal operation of the Game, damage the fairness of the Game, or attempt to bypass the anti-cheat system and authorization verification system of the Game;
• Performing reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, modification, adaptation, translation on the Game, or attempting to obtain the source code, internal structure, algorithms, encryption keys, etc. of the Game;
• Renting, selling, transferring, trading Steam accounts, in-game virtual items (unless explicitly permitted by Us and the Steam Platform), or engaging in irregular profit-making activities such as score brushing, item brushing, power leveling through the Game;
• Interfering with or attacking game servers, network connections, or using game vulnerabilities to obtain improper interests, affecting the normal game experience of other users;
• Pretending to be Our staff, Steam staff or other users to engage in fraudulent, misleading and other acts;
• Deleting, modifying, or covering any copyright notices, trademark logos, ownership notices or other marks contained in the Game;
• Creating or disseminating derivative works related to the Game (such as patches, plug-ins, derivative games, etc.) unless explicitly permitted by Us and corresponding tools are provided;
• Using third-party software or services not authorized by Us and the Steam Platform to log in or connect to the Game (such as proxy servers, private servers, etc.).
3.2 User Content: If you upload, post, or share any content related to the Game (including but not limited to game screenshots, videos, strategies, comments, custom characters, etc., hereinafter referred to as "User Content") in the process of using the Game, you hereby grant Us and the Steam Platform a non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, etc. such User Content for legitimate purposes such as game promotion and operation and maintenance, without further notifying you or paying any remuneration.
3.3 Liability Undertaking: You warrant that the User Content you upload does not infringe the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, such as intellectual property rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, and that you have legal authorization for such User Content. If your User Content infringes the rights and interests of a third party or violates relevant regulations, resulting in losses to Us or the Steam Platform (including but not limited to fines, compensation, attorney fees, etc.), you shall bear full compensation liability, and We have the right to delete the relevant User Content and suspend or terminate your right to use the Game.
4. Intellectual Property Terms
4.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights of the Game (including but not limited to copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets, etc.) and all contents in the Game (including but not limited to game name, plot, characters, scenes, pictures, sound effects, music, text, code, algorithms, virtual items, etc.) are owned by Us or Our licensors, and are protected by the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China such as the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software, as well as international treaties.
4.2 Reservation of Rights: We and Our licensors reserve all rights not explicitly granted to you in this Agreement, including but not limited to the right to modify, update, terminate the Game and the right to protect intellectual property rights. You shall not infringe the intellectual property rights of Us and third parties, nor shall you arbitrarily use the intellectual property rights related to the Game for any activities not agreed in this Agreement.
4.3 Steam-related Intellectual Property Rights: The name, logo, trademark of the Steam Platform and the intellectual property rights of related technologies and services are owned by Valve. You shall not use them arbitrarily; if you need to use them, you must obtain written authorization from Valve.
5. Game Updates and Service Changes
5.1 Game Updates: To improve the game experience, fix vulnerabilities, adapt to devices or comply with relevant regulations, We have the right to update, upgrade and patch the Game at any time (hereinafter referred to as "Updates"). The update content may include but not limited to adding new functions, modifying game rules, fixing bugs, deleting illegal content, etc. Updates will be automatically pushed through the Steam Platform. You need to complete the update in a timely manner to continue using the Game. If you refuse to update, it may cause the Game to fail to run normally, and We shall not be liable for any such consequences.
5.2 Service Changes: We reserve the right to adjust, suspend or terminate part or all of the services of the Game at any time, including but not limited to closing game servers, stopping providing DLC services, adjusting game content, etc. If it is necessary to suspend or terminate services due to reasonable reasons such as technical upgrades, operational adjustments, and legal and regulatory requirements, We will notify you in advance through reasonable methods such as Steam Platform announcements and in-game notifications, and try our best to reduce the impact on you; if the service is suspended or terminated due to unforeseeable and uncontrollable reasons such as force majeure, sudden failures, and third-party service interruptions, We shall not be liable for any compensation.
5.3 Data Retention: After the termination of the Game service, We will retain your personal data for a period of time in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations (unless the law requires deletion), and then delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with the law, no longer retaining any information that can identify your identity. After the termination of the Game service, you will no longer be able to access or use the Game, and the in-game virtual items, data, etc. will not be retained. We shall not be liable for any compensation or indemnity.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1 Collection and Use of Information: When you use the Game and related services, We will collect, use, store and protect your personal information (including but not limited to Steam account information, device information, game usage records, etc.) in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy (available at https://www.sisosinc.com/privacy-policy). You agree that We will process your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy to provide game services, optimize game experience and ensure account security.
6.2 Third-Party Information Processing: The collection and processing of your account information, payment information, etc. by the Steam Platform shall be subject to the Steam Platform's privacy policy. We do not directly collect or store your sensitive data such as Steam account password and payment information.
6.3 Information Protection: We will take reasonable technical and management measures to protect the security of your personal information and prevent information leakage, loss, tampering or abuse. However, if your personal information is leaked due to uncontrollable reasons such as technical limitations, network attacks, and third-party violations, We shall not be liable for any such leakage.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
7.1 Disclaimer: The Game is provided "as is". We do not provide any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, error-free, bug-free, and uninterrupted operation. You confirm that the risk of using the Game is borne by you. We do not guarantee that the Game will meet all your needs, nor do We guarantee that there will be no failures, interruptions or errors during the operation of the Game.
7.2 Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall We, Our affiliated companies, licensors, employees or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game, including but not limited to device damage, data loss, loss of in-game virtual items, loss of profits, business interruption, etc., even if We have been informed of the possibility of such damages.
7.3 Exceptions: The disclaimer and limitation of liability in this clause shall not apply to the following circumstances: (1) Damages caused by Our intentional or gross negligence; (2) Damages caused by Our violation of mandatory provisions of laws and regulations; (3) Direct damages caused by Our infringement of your personal rights and property rights.
7.4 Third-Party Liability: If you are unable to use the Game or suffer losses due to Steam Platform service failures, account problems, payment problems, etc., Valve shall bear the corresponding liability, and We shall not be liable; if the Game fails to run normally or you suffer losses due to third-party software, services, devices and other problems, We shall not be liable.
8. Modification and Termination of the Agreement
8.1 Modification of the Agreement: We have the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time in accordance with changes in laws and regulations, game operation needs, adjustments to Steam Platform rules, etc. The modified Agreement will be released through Steam Platform announcements, in-game notifications and other methods, and will take effect on the date of release. If you do not agree to the modified agreement terms, you shall immediately stop using the Game; if you continue to use the Game, it shall be deemed that you accept the modified Agreement.
8.2 Termination of the Agreement:
• You may terminate this Agreement at any time by stopping using the Game and deleting all game-related files.
• If you violate this Agreement, the Steam Platform User Agreement or the Steam Community Guidelines, We have the right to immediately terminate this Agreement, suspend or permanently prohibit you from using the Game, confiscate your in-game virtual items, and not refund any fees you have paid. At the same time, you shall bear all losses caused to Us thereby.
• If the Game service is terminated, this Agreement will automatically terminate, and the rights and obligations of both parties will terminate (however, the independent clauses in this Agreement such as intellectual property rights, disclaimer, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall remain valid after the termination of the Agreement).
8.3 Consequences of Termination: After the termination of the Agreement, you shall immediately stop using the Game and delete all game-related files. We will no longer provide you with any game services, and you will no longer enjoy any rights agreed in this Agreement. The termination of the Agreement does not affect Our right to pursue your liability for violations in accordance with this Agreement.
9. Payment-related Provisions
9.1 Payment Methods: When you purchase the Game, DLC or other related services through the Steam Platform, you shall complete the payment through legal payment methods in accordance with the payment rules of the Steam Platform, and the payment amount shall be subject to the amount displayed on the Steam Platform.
9.2 Refund Policy: Your refund application will be processed in accordance with the Steam Platform's refund policy and Our relevant regulations. The specific refund conditions and procedures shall be subject to the Steam Platform's announcement. If you have used the core functions of the Game or DLC, or if you are unable to get a refund due to your own reasons, We and the Steam Platform have the right to refuse your refund application.
9.3 Fee Description: The fee you pay is only for purchasing the right to use the Game and related services, and does not include any other fees such as equipment purchase, network fees, water and electricity fees, which shall be borne by you.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws rules). If the laws of your region conflict with the terms of this Agreement, the laws of your region shall prevail, but the mandatory terms in this Agreement shall still be valid.
10.2 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute or controversy arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties; if negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction at California, United States.
10.3 Others: If any term of this Agreement is deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity, legality and enforceability of other terms, and other terms shall remain valid. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or term of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or term.
11. Other Terms
11.1 Notification Methods: All notifications and communications between Us and you will be delivered through Steam Platform announcements, in-game notifications, your bound email, etc., and shall be deemed received by you on the date of release.
11.2 Completeness of the Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between you and Us regarding the Game, and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements, understandings or commitments reached on the same subject.
11.3 Severability: If any term of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of other terms, and other terms shall remain valid and binding.

If you do not agree to the modified agreement terms, you shall immediately stop using the Game; if you continue to use the Game, it shall be deemed that you accept the modified Agreement.
8.2 Termination of the Agreement:
• You may terminate this Agreement at any time by stopping using the Game and deleting all game-related files.
• If you violate this Agreement, the Steam Platform User Agreement or the Steam Community Guidelines, We have the right to immediately terminate this Agreement, suspend or permanently prohibit you from using the Game, confiscate your in-game virtual items, and not refund any fees you have paid. At the same time, you shall bear all losses caused to Us thereby.
• If the Game service is terminated, this Agreement will automatically terminate, and the rights and obligations of both parties will terminate (however, the independent clauses in this Agreement such as intellectual property rights, disclaimer, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall remain valid after the termination of the Agreement).
8.3 Consequences of Termination: After the termination of the Agreement, you shall immediately stop using the Game and delete all game-related files. We will no longer provide you with any game services, and you will no longer enjoy any rights agreed in this Agreement. The termination of the Agreement does not affect Our right to pursue your liability for violations in accordance with this Agreement.
9. Payment-related Provisions
9.1 Payment Methods: When you purchase the Game, DLC or other related services through the Steam Platform, you shall complete the payment through legal payment methods in accordance with the payment rules of the Steam Platform, and the payment amount shall be subject to the amount displayed on the Steam Platform.
9.2 Refund Policy: Your refund application will be processed in accordance with the Steam Platform's refund policy and Our relevant regulations. The specific refund conditions and procedures shall be subject to the Steam Platform's announcement. If you have used the core functions of the Game or DLC, or if you are unable to get a refund due to your own reasons, We and the Steam Platform have the right to refuse your refund application.
9.3 Fee Description: The fee you pay is only for purchasing the right to use the Game and related services, and does not include any other fees such as equipment purchase, network fees, water and electricity fees, which shall be borne by you.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws rules). If the laws of your region conflict with the terms of this Agreement, the laws of your region shall prevail, but the mandatory terms in this Agreement shall still be valid.
10.2 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute or controversy arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties; if negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction at California, United States.
10.3 Others: If any term of this Agreement is deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity, legality and enforceability of other terms, and other terms shall remain valid. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or term of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or term.
11. Other Terms
11.1 Notification Methods: All notifications and communications between Us and you will be delivered through Steam Platform announcements, in-game notifications, your bound email, etc., and shall be deemed received by you on the date of release.
11.2 Completeness of the Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between you and Us regarding the Game, and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements, understandings or commitments reached on the same subject.
11.3 Severability: If any term of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of other terms, and other terms shall remain valid and binding.
