Softscape End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of the game Softscape developed by Moss Orbit / XML 4D LLC.

By installing or playing the game, you agree to the following terms.

1. License

Softscape is licensed, not sold.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the game for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Ownership

Softscape and its original game design, code, and creative implementation are the intellectual property of Moss Orbit / XML 4D LLC.

The game may include third-party assets licensed from external creators and asset marketplaces. These assets remain the property of their respective owners and are used in accordance with their license agreements.

All rights to Softscape as a compiled software product remain with Moss Orbit / XML 4D LLC.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• redistribute or sell the game
• reverse engineer or modify the game’s code
• use game assets for commercial purposes without permission

4. Streaming & Content Creation

Players are permitted to create videos, livestreams, and other content featuring Softscape for non-commercial or monetized content platforms (e.g., YouTube or Twitch).

5. Disclaimer

Softscape is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the game.

6. Changes

This agreement may be updated in future versions of the game.
