Super Bumpers - Terms of Service and Refund Policy
Effective Date: March 19, 2026
Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of these Terms of Service (the "Terms") is to stipulate the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between Kyungil Game Academy (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the user regarding the use of the mobile game service "Super Bumpers" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
"Company" refers to Kyungil Game Academy, which provides the Service.
"User" refers to a customer who enters into a usage agreement with the Company in accordance with these Terms and uses the Service provided by the Company.
"Service" refers to the "Super Bumpers" game and all related services provided by the Company.
"Account" refers to a combination of letters, numbers, or special characters selected by the User and granted by the Company for the identification of the User and use of the Service.
"Content" refers to all digitally produced paid or free materials related to the Service, such as characters, items, and game currency used within the game.
"Paid Content" refers to Content that the User purchases from the Company by paying a certain price to use the Service.
Article 3 (Clarification and Amendment of the Terms)
The Company shall post the contents of these Terms on the initial screen or a linked screen within the game service so that the User can easily understand them.
The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws, such as the "Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions," the "Content Industry Promotion Act," and the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc." of the Republic of Korea.
If the Company amends the Terms, it shall specify the effective date and the reason for the amendment and notify it along with the current Terms from 7 days prior to the effective date. However, if the Terms are changed disadvantageously to the User, it will be notified with a grace period of at least 30 days in advance.
If the User does not agree to the amended Terms, they may stop using the Service and withdraw from the membership.
Article 4 (Conclusion of the Usage Agreement)
The usage agreement is concluded when a person who wishes to become a User agrees to the contents of these Terms, applies for membership, and the Company accepts such application.
The Company may not accept the following applications or may terminate the usage agreement afterward: ① If it is not a real name or uses another person's name; ② If false information is provided or information requested by the Company is not provided; ③ If the intention is to use the Service for improper purposes; ④ If the application is made for purposes that may violate relevant laws or hinder public order and morals.
Article 5 (Obligations of the Company)
The Company shall not engage in acts prohibited by relevant laws and these Terms or contrary to public order and morals, and shall do its best to provide the Service continuously and stably.
The Company shall strive to protect the User's personal information (including credit information), and the protection and use of personal information shall be governed by relevant laws and the Company's Privacy Policy.
The Company must process any opinions or complaints raised by the User if they are deemed justified.
Article 6 (Obligations of the User)
The User shall not engage in the following acts: ① Registering false information when joining or changing information; ② Stealing another person's information; ③ Engaging in commercial activities using the Service without prior consent from the Company; ④ Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities of the Service; ⑤ Manipulating game data or interfering with other Users' play through abnormal methods; ⑥ Altering information posted by the Company; ⑦ Infringing the copyrights and other intellectual property rights of the Company and other third parties; ⑧ Damaging the reputation of or interfering with the business of the Company and other third parties; ⑨ Disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, audio, or other information contrary to public order and morals on the Service.
The User is responsible for managing their Account and password and must not allow a third party to use them.
Article 7 (Provision and Change of Service)
As a general rule, the Company provides the Service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of the Service in the event of maintenance, replacement, or breakdown of information and communication equipment such as computers, loss of communication, or significant operational reasons.
The Company may change or suspend the contents of the Service if there are significant reasons such as planning or operation of the Service or urgent circumstances of the Company.
This Service is part of an educational project created by students of Kyungil Game Academy, and technical support or updates may be limited or suspended without notice. The Company is not responsible for any problems arising from this.
Article 8 (Copyright of Content)
Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for Content created by the Company within the Service belong to the Company.
The User must not use the information obtained by using the Service provided by the Company for commercial purposes by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting, or other methods, nor allow a third party to use it, without prior consent from the Company.
Article 9 (Paid Content and Payment)
Detailed information and prices of Paid Content purchased by the User within the Service are separately displayed in the in-game store, etc.
The purchase price for Paid Content is charged in accordance with the methods and policies determined by mobile carriers and app market platform operators, and the payment method also follows the policies of the respective operators.
The Company is not responsible for third-party payments caused by the User's negligence in managing their device or password.
Article 10 (Withdrawal of Subscription and Refund)
Withdrawal of Subscription: The User may request a withdrawal of subscription (refund) for Paid Content within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Limitation on Withdrawal of Subscription: Withdrawal of subscription may be restricted in accordance with relevant laws in the following cases: ① Content that is used immediately or applied to the game immediately after purchase; ② Content gifted to others; ③ Content acquired free of charge, such as through event participation; ④ If part of a bundled product has already been used; ⑤ If a probability-based item where opening constitutes use has been opened.
Refund Application and Procedure: ① Refunds can be applied for through the in-game customer center or the email designated by the Company (smart@kiweb.or.kr). ② When applying for a refund, identity verification and proof of purchase history (e.g., app market order number) may be required. ③ The Company will review the reason for the application and inform whether a refund is possible. Refunds will proceed according to the policies of each app market (Google Play, Apple App Store).
Payment by Minors: ① If a minor purchases Paid Content without the consent of a legal representative, the legal representative may cancel the contract. ② However, exceptions apply if the minor used deception to be believed as an adult or to be believed to have the consent of a legal representative.
Article 11 (Restriction on Service Use) If the User violates the obligations of these Terms, such as violating Article 6 (Obligations of the User), the Company may limit the use of the Service in stages through warnings, temporary suspension, permanent suspension, etc.
Article 12 (Compensation for Damages) If the User causes damage to the Company by violating the provisions of these Terms, the User is responsible for compensating the Company for the damages incurred.
Article 13 (Disclaimer)
The Company is exempt from responsibility for providing the Service if it cannot provide the Service due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.
The Company is not responsible for any disruption in the use of the Service due to reasons attributable to the User.
The Company is not responsible for the loss of expected revenue by the User using the Service, nor is it responsible for damages caused by materials obtained through other services.
The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes arising between Users or between a User and a third party through the Service, and is not responsible for compensating for damages resulting from this.
Article 14 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law) Lawsuits regarding disputes arising between the Company and the User shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The exclusive jurisdiction shall be the district court having jurisdiction over the User's address at the time of filing, or if there is no address, the place of residence.
Addendum These Terms shall enter into force on March 19, 2026.

Network Information: IP address, connection country information, network type (Wi-Fi, LTE, etc.)
Game Usage Records: Game version, gameplay records (level, currency, items, etc.), connection time and date, abnormal usage records, in-game chat logs
Error Information: Error and crash log data generated during game execution
C. Upon Use of Paid Services
The Company does not directly collect and store sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers during the payment process. Payments are processed through the payment modules of app market platforms (e.g., Google Play), and the Company only receives payment receipt information (Transaction ID, purchase history, etc.) from the platform for payment verification purposes.
D. Upon Customer Support and Event Participation

Service Improvement: User behavior statistical analysis, securing service stability, development of new services.
Marketing and Advertising: Delivery of event information, provision of customized advertising (only for users who have agreed to receive it).
Security and Stability: Prevention of account theft and abnormal/unauthorized usage.
Article 3 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties) The Company does not provide the user's personal information to external parties without prior consent. However, exceptions are made when stipulated by law or when there is a request from an investigative agency in accordance with legal procedures.
Article 4 (Consignment of Personal Information Processing) To provide smooth services, the Company entrusts the processing of personal information to the following external specialized companies:
Google Cloud: Data storage and server operation management
Google Analytics, Firebase: Analysis of game usage behavior and statistical processing
Kyungil Game Academy: Customer inquiry response and guidance
Article 5 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information) Personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection is achieved. However, if it is necessary to retain it in accordance with relevant laws, it will be kept for the specified period as follows:
Records on contracts or withdrawal of subscription, etc.: 5 years
Records on payment and supply of goods, etc.: 5 years
Records on consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years
Login records: 3 months
Article 6 (Procedure and Method of Destroying Personal Information) Personal information whose retention period has expired is deleted using technical methods that make the data unrecoverable. Paper documents are destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them) Users (and legal representatives of children under the age of 14) may view, modify, or delete (withdraw membership) their personal information at any time. This can be requested through the in-game settings function or by contacting the Chief Privacy Officer.
Article 8 (Matters Concerning the Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices) Users may refuse the collection of advertising identifiers (IDFA, AAID) for customized advertising by changing their device settings.
