END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and DeepDarkSpot for the video game "The Way Home | 집으로 가는 길" ("Software").
1. LICENSE GRANT
DeepDarkSpot grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a single device.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Software.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Create derivative works based on the Software.
- Use the Software for any commercial purposes.
3. OWNERSHIP
The Software is licensed, not sold. DeepDarkSpot retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all copyrights and intellectual property rights.
4. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEEPDARKSPOT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL DEEPDARKSPOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
8. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Unity, Unity logos, and other Unity trademarks are trademarks or registered trademarks of Unity Technologies or its affiliates in the U.S. and elsewhere.
