END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Please read this End User License Agreement ("EULA") carefully before installing or using DopamineRace ("Game"). By installing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. Grant of License
Dopamine grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

2. Restrictions
You may not:
  • Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or any part of it
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
  • Use the Game for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Game

3. Intellectual Property
All content included in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, sounds, music, and code, is the property of Dopamine and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Simulated Betting Disclaimer
DopamineRace contains simulated horse race betting mechanics using in-game virtual currency only. No real money is involved, wagered, or can be won or lost. This Game does not constitute real gambling and is intended for entertainment purposes only. The in-game currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or goods.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Dopamine makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dopamine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Game.

7. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies.

8. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
