This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Turam Distribution sp. z o.o. ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"), a Polish video game studio headquartered in Sanok, Poland.

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or playing Dreampainters ("Game"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you are under 18 (or the age of legal majority where you live), you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted this Agreement on your behalf.

The Game is licensed, not sold.

All intellectual property rights in the Game remain the property of Turam Distribution sp. z o.o.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Game except where permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Game.

We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal information we collect, how we use the information, with whom we share it, and the choices you can make.


We collect personal information only when you voluntarily provide it to us, for example by contacting us via e-mail or working with us on a project.

We may use aggregated analytics information to better understand player behavior and improve our games and marketing efforts.


We use third-party analytics and crash-reporting tools for specific purposes. In particular, we use (or may use in the future):

- Unity Analytics and Unity Crash Reports — to find and fix bugs in our games. As a result, information about the player's computer configuration may be transmitted along with error reports.
