END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
for Polychoron Explorer

By purchasing, downloading, or running Polychoron Explorer (the “Game”) on Steam, you (“Licensee” or “You”) agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“EULA”) and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Oleg Leshchev, (The "Developer") grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:
Install and run one (1) copy of the Game on a single device for personal, non-commercial use,
Play the Game solely in single-player mode,
Use the Game only as permitted under applicable law.
This license is limited to the Steam platform and governed by Steam’s terms. You must have an active Steam account to install or launch the Game.
2. OWNERSHIP
The Game (including all code, art, audio, and assets) is the intellectual property of Developer. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Game,
Create derivative works,
Share, redistribute, rent, lease, or sell copies of the Game,
Bypass technical protections (e.g., Steam ownership check).
4. NO DATA COLLECTION
The Game sends no data to any external server, cloud, or third party. It operates entirely offline or locally on your device. No telemetry, crash reports, analytics, or personal information is collected or transmitted.
5. NO WARRANTY
THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. DEVELOPER DOES NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR VIRUS-FREE OPERATION.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
7. TERMINATION
This EULA is effective until terminated. Developer may terminate your license immediately if you breach this EULA. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Game.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between You and Developer regarding the Game and supersedes prior discussions. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in full force.
