IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "You") and the developer of SystemMedic AI ("Developer", "We", "Us") governing the installation and use of the SystemMedic AI software ("Software").
By installing, downloading, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must not install or use the Software.

1. LICENSE GRANT
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on supported devices.
This license does not transfer ownership of the Software or any intellectual property rights.

2. NATURE OF THE SOFTWARE
SystemMedic AI is a system diagnostic, optimization, and maintenance tool.
The Software may analyze, modify, remove, or update system files, settings, drivers, and configurations in order to improve system performance or stability.
Because computer systems vary widely in configuration, hardware, and software environment, results may vary.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITY
You acknowledge and agree that:
• The Software may modify system files, system settings, and system configurations
• System changes may affect operating system stability or behavior
• The Developer cannot control how the Software is used or applied
You are solely responsible for reviewing any suggested actions before applying them.
Users are strongly advised to create system backups before performing any system changes.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE".
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OF RESULTS
• RELIABILITY OF PERFORMANCE
The Developer does not guarantee that the Software will:
• fix all system problems
• improve system performance
• detect all issues
• operate without interruption or error

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:
• data loss
• file corruption
• operating system instability
• system malfunction
• hardware damage
• software conflicts
• loss of profits
• business interruption
YOU USE THE SOFTWARE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

6. THIRD PARTY INTERACTION
The Software may interact with third-party components such as operating system services, drivers, and external software.
The Developer does not guarantee compatibility with all system environments.

7. SOFTWARE UPDATES
The Developer may provide updates, patches, or modifications at any time.
Updates may modify features, behavior, or functionality of the Software.

8. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
• reverse engineer the Software
• decompile or disassemble the Software
• redistribute the Software
• sell or sublicense the Software
without permission from the Developer.

9. TERMINATION
This Agreement automatically terminates if you violate any of its terms.
Upon termination you must stop using the Software and remove all copies.

10. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws in the relevant jurisdiction.

11. ACCEPTANCE
By installing or using SystemMedic AI, you confirm that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to its terms.
