END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
OWGameKit: The Game
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and DarkDreamStudio ("Developer", "we", "our", or "us") regarding the use of the video game OWGameKit: The Game ("Game").
By installing, downloading, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
LICENSE GRANT
DarkDreamStudio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use OWGameKit: The Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not use the Game for commercial purposes without written permission from DarkDreamStudio.
OWNERSHIP
The Game, including but not limited to its software, design, graphics, audio, characters, code, and all related content, is the property of DarkDreamStudio and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the Game.
RESTRICTIONS
You agree that you will not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell the Game.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game.
Use the Game to create derivative works.
Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized modifications that interfere with the Game.
Use the Game for illegal purposes.
USER CONTENT
If the Game allows customization or user-generated content, you retain ownership of your content. However, by creating or sharing such content within the Game, you grant DarkDreamStudio a non-exclusive right to use, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Game.
ONLINE FEATURES
If the Game includes online services, DarkDreamStudio may modify, suspend, or discontinue online features at any time without prior notice.
UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS
DarkDreamStudio may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game at any time to improve functionality, security, or gameplay.
TERMINATION
This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game and delete all copies in your possession.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. DarkDreamStudio does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DarkDreamStudio shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the developer operates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
