Developer: Space Raccoon Games LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our")
User: Any individual accessing or using the Game ("User", "you", or "your")

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be legally bound by this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Game.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to compliance with this Agreement.

We may provide patches, updates, bug fixes, new content, or other modifications to the Game at any time. Depending on the distribution platform and your settings, these updates may be downloaded and installed automatically. Some updates may be required to continue accessing certain features or online services of the Game.

You agree not to engage in any of the following actions:

Except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying ideas, algorithms, or technology of the Game or any part thereof.

All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including all content, graphics, software, audio, and other intellectual property, belong to the Company or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary materials without written permission.

You may create, upload, or share content (e.g. usernames, messages, avatars, skins, modifications) within the Game ("User Content").
By doing so, you:
- Grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content in connection with the Game and its promotion.
- Retain ownership of your User Content.
- Represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit such content, and that it does not infringe the rights of others or violate the law.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Game at any time, without prior notice, for violations of this Agreement.

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the Game is free from viruses or harmful components.
Note: Only downloads from official channels are guaranteed to be safe.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Game.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update this Agreement at any time. When changes are made, we will update the “Effective Date” and post the revised version on our official website or store page. Continued use of the Game signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
